Get crafty this Spring!  All sessions are free of charge, but please make sure to book. 

Bookings Open Monday 11 September at 9 am. All events are free but bookings are required

Note: There is no need to book a parental ticket, although we do expect you to remain with the child through the program.

If you can't make it on the day, please let us know, so that your tickets can be freed up for others to attend.

Professor Bunsen SCIENCE IN ACTION!

Ages 5 –12

Science will come alive when Prof. Bunsen engages all with numerous fun demonstrations. Prepare to be amazed by the unexpected. Experience a teaspoon of sugar exploding, be wowed when a student beats gravity and hear sound being poured and much more.

Birds of a feather stick together

Come along for some fun bird stories and games and make a fabulous bird mobile.

Movie: Lego Batman

Ages 5 –12 (Rated PG)

There are big changes brewing in Gotham, but if Batman wants to save the city from the Joker’s hostile takeover he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. Maybe his sidekick Robin and loyal butler Alfred can show him a thing or two.

Elf Sneaky Bottom

All ages

The Elf Sneaky Bottom show is filled with music and songs, hilarious magic, fun games that include everyone and crazy balloon animals. A caution: Elf Sneaky Bottom is known as Santa’s cheekiest Elf, so be prepared to laugh your socks off.

Ages 5 –12

Port Phillip Bay is in Peril and Sam needs your help today.

An interactive, environmental presentation for children on plastics and saving marine life.


Mindfulness for children

Ages 8 –12 (This session is more beneficial for older aged primary school children)

Peninsula Mindfulness Program will run a mindfulness practice session for primary aged children. Mindfulness aids awareness and focus. It is regarded as fitness for the mind.
