Join Su-Rose McIntyre a trained grief and loss counsellor to hear about her new book 'The Grief Kaleidoscope'.

This book seeks to add clarity, and insights into a journey that is often filled with confusion, fear and resistance.

Grief is a part of life and it can come 'out of the blue'.

It appears as our response to losses of many types: loss through the death of a loved one, loss through an unexpected and possibly devastating diagnosis, loss of a relationship through divorce or estrangement, loss of a job, loss of potential, loss of the fulfillment of dreams - the list goes on. Grief does not fit neatly into a box - it is difficult to explain, and, as we soon discover, resists being contained or stifled.
