Join us to learn more about balance; its definition, what impacts it, and exercises you can do to improve it.

A good sense of balance allows us to recognise our position relative to other objects around us. It is what allows us to perform everyday activities such as walking without holding on to a railing. It is also what makes it possible for us to walk on uneven surfaces such as sand or curbs and climb stairs.

Statistics show that one out of every three adults ages 65+have a fall each year, and that people who have a fall are 2-3 times more likely to fall again.

Here's the great news: balance is something you can practice and improve, so come along and see how!
