Would you like to learn about the beautiful life enhancing practice of mantra meditation and guided relaxation?

Belinda O’Dea is your teacher and guide for this introductory class. Using simple tools, Belinda will guide you to a place of profound quiet, stillness and deep inner peace. This class is open to men and women of all ages and life stages with absolutely no previous experience necessary. Learn to naturally integrate the practice of mantra, meditation and relaxation into your daily life in order to manage stress, become more present and live a more vibrant, peaceful life. 

IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL:

  • Be held in a Relaxed Space filled with nurturance from a skilled facilitator
  • Learn about Mantra Meditation as a simple tool to aid meditation
  • Practice Pranayama breathing techniques to calm the nervous system
  • Learn about the mechanism of the mind & how to harness it’s tendencies to become more present & centered
  • Balance your mental, physical & emotional state through the deep relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation)
  • Attune to your inner wellspring of wisdom, creativity & insight whilst connecting with your Spiritual Self
