Welcome to Kangatraining; a multi-Award winning activity for mums and babies! You will exercise with your baby in a way that is safe and fun, whilst building strength and fitness. Your baby will love being close to you too! Join a supportive environment of other Kangamums and your Instructor, who is fully trained in rebuilding strength post pregnancy as well as safe babywearing. 

You'll be so glad you came!

  • Please arrive 10-15mins early if it is your first class for a carrier check and to fill out a health questionnaire.
  • You can begin Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery, but need to be at least 12 weeks post c-section. You must also be given the all clear by your health professional to resume exercise.
  • Older siblings are welcome.
