Suitable for seniors

Write and record your memories and milestones in a keepsake book to share.

This free weekly face-to-face workshop for seniors provides helpful guidance and examples to explore and write your personal memories for a keepsake book of stories and images. Coming together with like-minded folks each week, you’ll be inspired to organise the memories you treasure into meaningful stories to read back over and share with family.

Reflecting on your life experiences and recording milestones and memories can be rewarding in so many ways. It keeps your mind engaged and active, helps you organise meaningful moments and creates conversation starters and bonds.

Facilitated by copywriter and author Andrea Rowe, participants must but able to attend 2 hour weekly workshops over 6 weeks and will receive a free printed book of their memories, co-designed with librarian support at the conclusion of the workshops.

Workshops will run from 1:30 - 3:30 each Wednesday, beginning 21 April and finishing on 26 May.
