Recommended for adult audiences.

Mornington Peninsula Libraries in conjunction with Stay in Touch Technology Tutoring presents an online session to help you learn how to use your smartphone to navigate with.

One of the best features of any great smartphone is the way it can determine where you are.  With your smartphone you can see where you are, where you need to be, and exactly how to get there – be it walking, riding or driving! In this session you'll learn how to see your GPS co-ordinates, use the compass on your phone, track your location with Google Maps, and use Google Maps as your personal navigator to your destination.

This is a ‘virtual classroom’ using Zoom meetings.  You can participate from the comfort of your own home on your own device.  For those that are new to Zoom meetings don't worry, we'll open the meeting up one hour prior for registrations to assist anyone that needs help joining.

Suitable for all smartphone users.

Free, but bookings essential.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
