Sleep is a key to health & wellbeing, so why can’t we get enough?
This workshop opens-up an exploration of the nature and importance of sleep. We will uncover insights into the science of sleep and its impact on our conscious and subconscious mind, explore the natural ‘body rhythm’, how sleep and dreams impact our wellbeing, while discovering how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit. Participants will leave with real-life strategies to enhance their sleep, along with a personal Sleep Diary to help track and boost personal sleep habits.
