What is my PIN?

Your PIN is used with your library membership number as a password when you access your library account online to renew, place holds, use our free WiFi service, logon to a computer in the library, or when you access our online services from home such as eBooks, or eTalking Books.

If you do not remember your PIN, use the following steps to reset your pin. 

  1. Open Search Home (mornpen.vic.gov.au)
  2. Click Log In from the top right hand-side
  3. Click Forgot my PIN
  4. Type in your library number and click Submit
  5. You will receive an email to the address in your library account follow the instructions to reset your PIN
