What is my PIN?

Your PIN is used with your library membership number as a password when you access your library account online or in our branches.

If you do not remember your PIN, use the following steps to reset your pin. 

  1. Open our Library Catalogue
  2. Click Log In from the top right hand-side
  3. Click Forgot my PIN
  4. Type in your library number and click Submit
  5. You will receive an email with simple instructions to reset your PIN
