Weaving between 1960s and modern-day Tasmania, this captivating novel follows a daughter’s quest to uncover her mother’s history. After her mother’s death, Saskia inherits her caravan and inside, finds hints of her mother’s mysterious past. This sets her and her young daughter, Anouk, off on a journey from Broome to Tasmania.
In 1968, teenager Greta De Winter (Saskia’s mother) finds solace in the Stanley wetlands.
