Join Maggie Flanagan, a Counsellor, Wellness/Nutrition and Fitness coach who has been conducting innovative community health and education courses for over 24 years for an interactive and engaging workshop designed to enhance social connections and improve overall wellbeing.
Being part of a community can offer extra meaning and purpose to everyday life plus have a positive effect on mental health and emotional well-being.
This course combines verbal and physical activities to create a fun, active learning environment. Participants will leave with valuable tips, resources, and strategies to build meaningful relationships and navigate the challenges of aging.

- Ways to build new connections
