Looking for a fun, low-pressure way to help your child build reading confidence? Join us for Story Dogs with Mel, a friendly Brittany Spaniel!

In this unique program, school-aged children will have the opportunity to read aloud to Mel and her handler, Hannah.

When children read to a friendly, calm dog, the outcomes are amazing. Their literacy skills increase and their confidence soars!

 

How it works:

• Each child will have a 20-minute timeslot to read to Mel and Hannah
• Mel loves hearing stories and provides a calm, supportive audience.
• Mel's owner, Hannah will be there to guide and encourage your child, ensuring a positive experience.
  
  

This is a wonderful opportunity to help your child improve their reading skills while having fun with Mel!

Individual sessions will be allocated to each child between 4-5.30pm on Tuesdays throughout the school term.
