Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements which are designed to stimulate the muscles and tendons, while developing strength and coordination.  It is practiced world-wide to improve overall health and well-being. Not only does this exercise system have physical benefits, it also improves cognitive function, including memory and focus.  Practicing Tai Chi reduces stress and anxiety and develops a sense of calm and stillness.

This session will be for beginners where you will learn some relaxation methods and a short form of Tai Chi.
